Where can i get more product information?

How much is delivery?
We provide delivery to all of NSW. Brisbane, Canberra & Melbourne.

Has my order been sent yet?
We will endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the payment date. If there happens to be a delay in this process, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of it to inform you of the new dispatch date.
Part of my order is missing
On very rare occasions this can happen. If it does, contact us as soon as you are aware of it and we will arrange for the delivery company to return with your full order as soon as possible.
Is it safe to order online?
You'll know if a website is safe and secure by looking for an icon of a locked padlock, typically to the left of the URL in the address bar or the status bar down below; it depends on your browser. We use the latest SSL certification software and only use accredited payment gateway providers to ensure your payment details are confidential and secure.
Do you install air conditioners & appliances?
If you are located within the Hunter Valley, Newcastle or Central Coast regions, we can definitely arrange installation of your new home appliance. We work closely with a select group of fully qualified tradesman to ensure your installation will comply with the latest Australian Standards.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless the delivery company for some reason, choose to deliver on a weekend.
During peak seasons, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery company schedule and will also depend on your individual location.
You’ve sent me the wrong items
On very rare occasions this can happen. If it does, contact us as soon as you are aware of it and we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected & the correct item to be resent at no extra cost to you as soon as possible.
Can I track my order?
At this stage no. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we often use lesser known delivery companies that do not have this option. Rest assured that the same level of care for your items is still taken on every delivery.
Which methods of payments can I use?
Visa & Mastercard credit cards are accepted through our secure Paypal & Stripe payment gateways. You can also do a direct bank transfer.

I haven't heard of Teco, is it a good brand?
