Delivery Locations
Exclusive Appliances provide FREE delivery to all of NSW. We also provide delivery Australia wide. Please contact us before making your purchase for a delivery quote to any location outside of NSW.
Processing Your Order
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address within 24hrs after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Therefore, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery Times
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless the delivery company for some reason, choose to deliver on a weekend.
During peak seasons, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery company schedule and will also depend on your individual location.
We are more than happy to provide any specific delivery instructions to the delivery company. If you choose to have your order left in a safe location while you are not at home, this can be arranged. Please keep in mind, no responsibility for lost or stolen items in this scenario will be taken.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 2 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).
